How quickly do I get paid?
Once your items are received and processed without any issues, payment is made within 48 hours.
How will I get paid?
Payments are made by PayPal, Venmo, 8 Bit Classic Games store credit, or by check. Checks are mailed via USPS with signature confirmation.
Do I have to pay any fees to receive my payment?
No, we cover all payment fees.
How long will it take for you to receive my items once I ship them?
Packages shipped via USPS typically take 2-5 business days to arrive at our store.
Can I sell games that no longer have the box or case?
Yes, we will still purchase games if they no longer have the box or case. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions page regarding quote adjustments.
My items are untested. Can I still sell them?
Yes, we will still buy them. We test all items when they are received so if any are found to be defective, we will adjust your quote price accordingly.
What if my games are in poor condition or broken?
We will still purchase your items if they are in poor condition or even if they are in need of repair. After receiving your items and testing thoroughly, a revised quote will be provided including those items in need of repair or deemed broken.
How do I know if a game I want to sell is authentic or counterfeit?
We can help you identify any counterfeit items in your submission. Simply upload a photo of your items when submitting and we’ll examine your items for authenticity and let you know.
Do you buy third-party accessories and consoles?
We only purchase first-party products made by the console manufacturer.
Do you purchase any PAL or Japanese region video games or systems?
We only purchase North American (NTSC) items.
Do you purchase digital games and download codes?
No. We only purchase physical items.
Will you pay extra if my console has digital games downloaded on it?
We do not pay extra for digital games downloaded onto a console.
What if I can't find my item on your search page?
If you are searching for an item through our website search box and cannot find it in our catalog, Contact Us and let us know.
How long is my quote good for?
The prices quoted are guaranteed for 7 days following the receipt of your confirmation email. Should you wish to submit an order after this 7-day period, please reach out to us, as pricing may be subject to change.
What if I need to ship you my items using multiple boxes?
We can send you as many shipping labels as you need. Just let s know.
